[2020] Tech issues

Some questions to try to help.

A: Are you running any mods? If so, NEVER initially launch a game with mods loaded at the beginning.

B: Does the game load and launch without your mods?

C: If it does, contact the mod maker or check for updated mods.

I have found A LOT of people don't update their mods regularly and instead just move them into the new folder, this is NOT good as updates to the games will not function with non-updated mods.

Do you use the WGC or the old launcher?

This is a "Support" issue, therefore it belongs in "Support" There are a few pinned items in this topic that can fix and help issues.

When you say you tried both, did you have both installed on your computer? You cannot as they interfere with each other. I would uninstall BOTH if they are on your computer and the game client and re-install the entire thing.

Same questions as above, do you use the old launcher or WGC? If you run WGC, you can run a check and repair from it 9/10 times it'll find the issue and fix it.

Make sure that the mods you are using are updated, or have been updated for this update (thats a lot of updates) most mod makers will have had them updated by now.
