[2019] Why does NA server seem to be more upset over CV than Eu and RU?

Folks, to clear up any misconceptions about who has more CV feedback, I can assure you we've seen plenty across all regions. There are some passionate opinions around the Rework and more recent changes which have resulted in a lot of posts. Regardless of volume, everyone's feedback is important to us and we'll continue to ensure the team is aware of it.
