Each comes with
5x Azur Lane – Siren camouflage patterns
10x special signals of one of the following types: Basilisk, Wyvern, Hydra, Dragon, Red Dragon, Leviathan, Scylla, or Ouroboros
One of eight new Azur Lane Commanders: Azuma, Atago, Dunkerque, Kaga, Montpelier, Neptune, Prinz Eugen, or Yukikaze
10 skill points and a specialization for the ship they share their name.
Currently, there are 2 "Waves" of captains that are available.
The first Wave had the following captains:

COMMANDER BELFAST
COMMANDER CLEVELAND
COMMANDER ENTERPRISE
COMMANDER HOOD
COMMANDER NELSON
The Second Wave includes:

I also reviewed the May Missions page, I don't feel like further clarifications need to be made on this page. Receiving collection items in standard daily containers has long been the case (so long as you are opt'd in / collection turned on). Thank you for your input.
