Right now, as all the information appears to pan out, if you had her researched at any time you will get the SPECIAL (Keep that in mind, NOT PREMIUM) version of her. if you owned the perma-camo before or the UU before you will get them on the special version Moskva as well.
The reason we said researched and not just owned was because some people reset that line but technically have worked to re-research her.

The update for 0.9.4 is in 2 weeks.
That being said, the "Special" version does not get given to you until the cruiser split is finalized in 0.9.5 as per the link I posted above.

So in other words, if you have researched her (notice I didn't say purchase her, meaning she doesn't need to be in your port) you WILL get her.
So yes, you can sell her today and when the update occurs, if you have researched her at ANY TIME and that includes resetting the line and regrinding her, you WILL get the "Special" version in your port.

oooookay, we have said this repeatedly and many many times since we released the information I posted above, so it's nothing new.

Well because if you have Moskva in your port and the perma camo and the UU on her, it'll just change to the special.
If you sell her, the UU will be available for you to mount as will the perma camo (assuming you own them) because the ship will have to be credited back to you.
Furthermore, we've also said if you none of this occurs then you can put a ticket it as this should occur automatically.
