Interesting opinion of ME, since I own these forums, run them and make the call on the lay outs. Believe it or not I go through just about EVERY SINGLE post on the forums, this is why I am on here on a SUNDAY evening when I don't have to, because gathering the community feedback takes SIGNIFICANTLY more time than just 5 days during the week.
This decision was made by us because, to be quite frank, there were too many places for the community to drop feedback that might get lost. LIKE for instance a subtopic of "Polls" that the majority of the active community on the forums never even visited.
As for the communication issues, we've addressed that in the past we've had problems with this and HAVE been attempting to correct this.
