Folks, as always personal attacks are NOT allowed here, so please stay on topic.

@Elo_J_Fudpucker if you'd like to discuss your moderation in the past PM me. As I can completely explain our rules to you and why breaking them is not allowed.

The topic of the price of premiums for FXP has been explained in numerous posts already. Basic break down:, we have to take into account the economy in the game (yes there is one believe it or not), how many players have how much FXP. The cost of a ship at tier X in XP and one thing no one takes into account the bonus that a premium gives you beyond being a tier X. IE: Increased income, Commander trainer that you do not have to retrain a capt into, lowered repair costs, etc etc. So no matter what a premium ship at a said tier SHOULD be more expensive than a researched ship at the same tier.

Everyone has the right to spend their money how they chose, please do not berate someone for how they spend theirs (see note above about personal attacks).

Just curious, I must be missing something because Colbert and Ohio are for Research Points not FXP...

I understand what you're getting at. But you don't HAVE to use FXP for the regrind. Recently I reset the RN DD line and from tier 1-6 was like maybe an hour of play with camo and signals. You can grind back to tier X in probably a few days, WITHOUT using FXP and the FXP you get from that regrind will pile into what you could use for other things.

I hate to say it, but if someone makes a choice to use their FXP a certain way, I would think that that is on them. It is the same idea behind if you're saving up steel and then you use it to cover a deficit in coal you had to buy a coal ship and then we release a steel ship that you could have bought and you get mad about that.

Where are we "forcing" you to spend real money? Are we making you HAVE to spend to convert FXP? Are we making you HAVE to get the Hayate? I'm sorry, but we are not.

I get it, the price is steep and you will have to work really hard to get something that you want. But, I don't appreciate the idea that we are "forcing" anyone to do anything in a GAME.

You can grind it out with out that stuff as well, yes it will take significant time. We give away quite a few camo's and signals on a daily basis and I give away 5-10 consumable camo every single Monday in the forum contests.

So still, it will take you more time, but the stuff is out there if you look for it and just play without worrying about time frame.

I get it folks, we feel we HAVE to have the new shiny the day of release, but this is just not the case. Just like a Tier X you have to work to get there....
