[2021] Hamburg Dockyard 2.0: Raising of the Price

The Hizen DY was 26 total build levels (ZF-6 is 22) and each required purchase build level was 1950 doubloons, however, you needed to purchase 4 (vs 3 for this DY 6600 vs 7800 doubloons) in order to complete Hizen.

Furthermore, this is only the second DY we are offering the below reward:

"If you complete the construction of IX ZF-6 by spending Doubloons, make sure to keep progressing through the Dockyard combat missions—completing each phase will bring you 3,000 Coal and 200 Steel."

Specifically the Steel if people decide to purchase her outright.
