[2020] A curious observation: event/collaboration captains with hidden rank.

The commanders ranks aren't particularly important but if there was a rank to a special commander then they are displayed. And some change throughout the career that you have them as they skill up.

You will see this with Dusty Rhodes (A fictional character) and Ashley Violet (also fictional).
