Note that folders names from the guide differ from the actual ones since they constantly changing.

Move replay file to your desktop and open it with a clientrunner located here - Steam\steamapps\common\World of Warships\bin\clientrunner

Yes, but you have to make sure that the path to the replay file doesn't contain spaces.
