I believe the OP might be misconstruing the meaning of part of one of his posts which I'm assuming was his first response on the "Trying to be Civily Critical..." thread (and OP please correct me if I'm wrong). Sub was discussing what forms of data we use to quantify change and part of that data is surveys done when people uninstall the game.

There are a number of data points we use to quantify the state of the game, need for change, and overall satisfaction of players. Those surveys are just one of them and used in conjunction with other information such as your feedback. The feedback we read on these forums is absolutely crucial to the success of the game. As a game company it makes very little sense for us to wait until someone uninstalls the game to ask them why they are unhappy. We do have to pair sentiment we see every day with data to ensure we have a full picture, so while we may not be able to rely on people's thoughts alone, they very often point to areas we should review.

In short, everyone here is an important part of the community and we use their feedback to help make important decisions about the game.
