[2019] Mouse opens free Azur Lane crates

Heyo Captains,

Thank you for the feedback coming in on the pricing and contents of the Azur Lane containers, I assure you this has made it to the appropriate people for review and future consideration.

I would like to clarify a few points brought up here:

AL Commander Azuma:

She is available for completing the Azur Lane collection that is available for all commanders by simply hitting the participate button within the May Missions portal article, see:

and hit "Take Part"

The collection includes 30 collectible emblems from characters of the series. These collection emblems can be obtained through containers from a mission chain and from daily containers.

Speaking of a mission chain, lets talk AL Commander Hood:

She is available for completing a three part mission chain which will also grant you containers towards the above collection.

If there is any further information I can provide you I'll stop back by with it.

Contrary be belief, the marketing team does not work on setting prices for the premium store. Either way, your feedback is best given to the community staff, we will then summarise it and route it to the correct people.

This is false.

CCs receive the same items as what are purchasable (including rates within), it would be an unfair representation of our items if we gave CCs items with better stats than what is publicly available.

Marketing does not work on anything to do with in-game items for sale. Marketing works advertising the game as a whole, not the content pieces. As I said, the Community team are the correct people for taking on feedback.

Containers from earning EXP, however not the Try your Luck containers (as they have higher chances for SCs)

As I mentioned, the community staff including Bted72, Sea_you, RadarX, Kami and myself are always appreciative of feedback. When it is constructive and reasonable we're more than happy to make sure it gets to the appropriate person for review. We can't promise an outcome from said feedback but we will always pass it onward.

Hopefully the availability of the two commanders which are obtainable through missions/collection is small compensation and allows you to enjoy the event even if not as much as previously.

It is clearly stated that you have a chance of receiving any of the new AL Commanders, at no point in the article does it state you have your choice of commanders from the containers.

Regardlessly, as previously mentioned, I have summarised and passed onward the various concerns presented in this post (and others in similar topics).

I did see your PM and its on my list to reply to, I didn't intend to get back on after work hours today but I couldn't sleep so I figured I'd jump on and answer a few threads.

I think this is a easy to understand, this is feedback that has been passed on. Just because the captains aren't available individually/outright at the moment doesn't mean they won't be offered like that in the future (I'm not saying they will be, I'm honestly not sure, but I do recall that the first round captains were offered this way after initial release)

Yours and others within this thread and others has been compiled and passed on. All I can offer at this time is the reassurance that the appropriate people know of your dissatisfaction with even event, and that I will be back with information if anything changes.
