We have not, will not, and no intention to ever “stealth” nerf a ship. All changes to a ship are documented in patch notes at minimum and typically bigger changes are notated in Dev Blog articles. On the very very very rare occasion bugs slip in which cause parameters to be incorrect, but these are usually highlight and fixed ASAP.

Following on from what originally happened when we proposed changes to the GC, due to community sentiment and feedback we vowed individual changes to premium ships would not occur after release. They would only be impacted by game or class wide mechanic changes.

It is in not in our favor by any means to cause distrust within the community by conducting underhanded means. Furthermore, had anything been changed while unannounced, Data Miners would have found as much and reported it - putting us in hot water.

The GC has not changed since release, we have no plans to change it either. Your perception is wrong.

Nope, another misconception.

MM / Tiering is based off the system we introduced in 0.8.7.0 which prevents the number of times you'll be up-tiered in a ship across 20 battles, combined with the team and tier matching (Ensuring teams have the same number of classes / tiers within the first 3 minutes of MM). There is no manipulation based on W/R or other stat based metrics.

While it may feel like that is the case on occasion, it is just a perception factor, and not programmed into the game.

Many of the factors of MM are active for the first 3 minutes of q for the first person in the q.

After this 3 minute timer, rules are loosened in attempt to make a game before the 5 minute mark.

Given low-population times, (funnily enough) have less people playing, this 3 minute mark may being met more regularly and thus seeing the initial restrictions lifted.

As per the 0.8.7.0 notes: "We’ve also changed how AA action zones operate, and improved the balance between aircraft HP pools and the strength of AA defenses."

Since the changes were predominantly buffs, with very minor nerfs, and falling under the umbrella of global mechanics changes. They are covered under this.
