We checked it on our end and have had no issues logging into our PTS Clients.

I would completely reboot WGC, relog accounts in WGC and run a check+repair on the client.

Hopefully these steps will resolve the issue.

If you guys are swapping back your selected account in the WGC before launching the PTS you shouldn't have issues.

We have not ruled it out entirely however it is important to ensure that the simple fixes have been gone through and ruled out before digging into more in-depth investigation on what is causing the issue.

If the issues are still persisting, please PM some WGChecks and I’ll ensure these get to the right hands for investigation.
