[2021] Let's make All guns, All torpedoes to have 5 sec delay!!

I asked this to another topic, but how do you think the game is going to change once submarines are added. Think about the current dynamic between CVs and DDs with the rocket nerf, then try to incorporate the third element of a whole new class-- subs.

In my personal opinion, this change is fair considering the direction we a heading. Rocket planes aren't random, but you do need to pick and choose your targets more carefully.
