While I know it can be hard, please try not to let others bad attitudes spoil the game for you.

Reporting them is the correct approach so we can moderate accordingly. You also have the option to locally disable chat from individuals or disable the chat completely if you choose.

To disable chat from an individual, hold CTRL, mouse over their name in the chatbox, right click, disable chat messages.

To disable chat entire, hit ESC, go into settings, go into controls, and deselect Battle Chat. This will prevent written messages but allow quick commands to go through.
