[2020] State of the Game: Scenarios, Why Removal of Narai Was Such A Controversy

So there is not a lot that I can say that will change people's opinions, and frankly, I don't want to use words to try and do so. But, I can tell you that the NA community team is focused on making sure our developers and other teams are aware of the feedback coming in about operations, and the time it has taken in the past.

I could go into the finer details of how and why things are developed and done the way they are, but frankly, none of that will change the opinions here. What I can ask is that you trust when I say we are making sure your voices are heard and continue to drive home these messages, and in all of that, I ask for your patience while we continue to do that.
