We conducted the initial adjustment of parameters of Soviet heavy cruisers before testing them on the main server. These parameters may change during testing.

German cruiser Ägir, Tier IX:
Fuse arming time of AP shells increased from 0.010 to 0.033 s.
Odin and Ägir were excessively effective against lightly-armored cruisers and destroyers
