[2019] Assigning commanders?

This is a known bug that we are currently working on replicating and addressing. Due to its rarity as a bug and its sporadic nature it is taking a little longer than hoped to resolve. For the time being a reset of your client should clear the issue, however if the issue or any other ever persist please don't hesitate to submit a support ticket with the information for us to look into and address.
