[2019] so,what's gonna happen to the prem italian cruisers?

Its not uncommon for Premiums to have different characteristics than the Tech Tree line (Massachusetts being more Secondary when typically USN BBs are more All-Rounders for example).

We have previously stated since the GC situation, that we do not have intention of touching Premium ships outside wide scale line or mechanics changes.
