[2019] Cannot use credits, or assign commander

This seems like a peculiar situation, while its good it has resolved, if it occurs again could you provide a series of screenshots indicating your process and what is happening to see if there something we can see occuring?

It could have been a lag/delay with the server, or a range of other hiccups. If it happens again please let us know :)
