[2021] Personal Challenges"--A SHAME

You guys may notice that a number of missions / campaigns / contests are restricted to Tier 5 and above.
I've always understood this to be a result of not wanting folks attempting to complete challenges downtiering and clubbing newer players.

I can assure you also, that when the Epoch missions came out, LOTS of people were upset that there were forced to play lower tiers in order to complete them.
