[2022] Siegfried or Yolo Emilio?

I think the "shafting" is overplayed by a lot of folks. Siegfried is a monster with good armor, biggest guns on a cruiser (until Sevastopol), and extraordinary accuracy.
Just stay away from 434mm+ guns
