[2021] Detonation is Bad, Get Rid of this garbage mechanic.

This is why Hapa would always yell at me to equip my det flag before battle... but I do get that you can't always do that when you are running low on supplies.

I have always seen this mechanic as the headshot of WoWs. I feel rewarded when I get a super accurate shot on somebody, but I am also cautious about my angling to certain ships.
