This was from the Ranked Test, so some of the features are different - but I thought it was a hilarious example of how CV's and Subs interact.

The good news about Subs and Homing Torpedoes vs. CV's is that:
CV's tend to not move much and, if they do, they tend to go in a relatively straight line because of auto-pilot.

Firing your torpedoes at and then ping the CV. This will trigger the DCP.


The DCP lasts a long time on the CV so keep pinging it. Eventually your ping will stick.


Once the ping sticks, the torpedoes will go where the CV will be.


Even if the DCP comes back up and reps the ping, the torps will continue on towards where the CV is going.

The CV will have to make movements and adjustments to avoid your torpedoes, but it won't be a done deal
