[2020] Still seeing Dockyard...????

As stated in the original 0.8.11 patch notes, the Dockyard will remain until the end of update 0.9.0 to allow those who would like to finish it for doubloons the chance to.

If you are not interested, you can just ignore it and it will be removed next update.
