[2021] Should WG introduce a New Class: Battlecruisers?

This is an interesting idea because there are obviously other hybrid ships in the game (like Ise). I am curious-- are there any other battleships or cruisers in-game right now that you would consider a "battlecruiser"?

When I saw this thread, the first ship that came to my mind was Champagne..
