[2019] Matchmaker broken?

A number of us do pay attention and read most of if not all posts we see while we are at work, but yes if there is a forum guidelines violation please report it.

In terms of MM, it is currently functioning as intended. There is no dark magic, no preference for certain people (including us), just simple formulas that match folks up.
