Considering previous unpleasant experience with Star Wars... I don't think Disney can make something good out of it. But let's hope for the best and be prepared for the worst.

Maybe, after all Spider-Man is a huge pile of money and if Sony and Disney won't come to an agreement they both will lose a lot in that case. So there is still hope.
