Aloha,

A couple things, are you using the WGC or old launcher? If you're using the WGC can you please do a WGcheck? Below are the instructions on how to, it may find issues with your current build of the game and fix them for you.

Aloha,

I would HIGHLY suggest (and I know this will suck cause it will take some time) that you uninstall the old launcher and game client and re-download the game. It will automatically load the WGC on your computer.

The WGC is a much better launcher, it will automatically update your client for you, you can run a check (using WGcheck) its significantly more stable and you can check the files on your computer for the game and repair as necessary. Also starting April 30th we will no longer be supporting the old launcher and this will cause other issues in the future for you.

Aloha,

A couple things, have you ever submitted a support ticket for your issues? Have you run a WGcheck on your game client? This will check the install of the game, your internet connection etc to help isolate the issue and if you submit a customer support ticket with that report attached they can tell you what is going on.

That being said we don't "inject malfunctions" as there is no point or need for this. Furthermore, there is no "lag-spike cheat" in World of Warships so I am unsure what you're talking about.

I can totally understand why you'd use gaming as a means to unwind, as I think we all do, but I would like to work through the issues your having to try to figure it out.

Just wondering, are you on a WiFi connection or plugged in?

Which previous instructions? The thing to keep in mind if you do not intend to install the WGC currently is we are no longer supporting the old launcher as of the 30th, so updates and changes to that launcher will not occur.
