[2020] Prinz Eitel Friedrich or Graf Spee

Aloha,

Just my 2 credits, I would prefer Spee, she's pretty swift for her tier, good hydro, the guns actually can chunk quite a bit of damage. You DO have to be careful because it can get blapped pretty easily but I just find her more fun than the PEF.
