[2021] HOTFIX: Twilight Battle D/C Issue

Hello, Heroes!
Yesterday many of you noticed that the Twilight Battle mode on NA was resulting in many of you being dropped before the game even started. We learned that a bug had caused this issue and it was fixed.
I know that some of you were even rendered "pink" since the game cannot discern between a voluntary leave-early and a involuntary leave-early, so we are discussing the proper way to address this.
