[2020] Is Hizen worth the 7800 doublons?

Firstly, and this is just Hapa speaking, you don't HAVE to want the ship in the DYs. At all, the rewards you can get for grinding out the directives definitely make the participation worth it IMO. You're getting rewards for essentially just playing.

NOW, as for the ship, it's a Tier IX ship that you're playing to reduce the price on. Tier IX ships are usually around $80. If you grind the DY you are working to lower that price to $30. Plus getting the rewards of the DY as you grind for that discount.

Players that are good in IJN BBs will do pretty darn good in Hizen as if you're pushing or kiting away, you will have 6x16 guns available.

Again, this is just my 2 dubloons.
