[2020] Better buy indomiable before it gets pulled from the shop////

I have played 25 battles in Indomitable and I will tell you as someone that is a DD main but supposedly "above average" looking at WoWs Numbers in a CV, I find her to be a pretty fun. I have watched almost every single review but am always leery or careful of taking reviews or ideas of a specific class or ship type from people that A: Don't do particularly well in a ship type or specific ship or B: Haven't even played them.

As someone that started playing CV's in earnest after the rework and someone that also plays CV's a bit unconventionally compared to most the population, (I use them as support units more than anything) I find Indomitable to be a GREAT ship. I actually enjoy playing her more than Enterprise or any other Tier VIII CV. And that is even when I am uptiered. But that's just my 2 cents It definitely has a bit of a different play style than most however.

She is definitely a strong CV if you are good with plane management. It needs to be said, play potato, get potato however.

Not trying to underscore what you're saying but...

a) playing in a div should (in theory) always lend to a better game, but I haven't found it to always help my CV play necessarily.

b) some of my best games have been when focusing 2-4 DD's throughout the match, especially if I use my bombers specifically, vs using my rockets, because I can cross drop the carpet.

c:) I get excited and giddy when I see Russian BB's when I am in Indomitable because, well, FIRES...

As for the slingshotting, I have never used that tactic and don't care to use it. I don't seem to have any issues in any of my CV's not doing this so don't particularly see the big deal. I get the reasoning for people trying to use it, but I think I am pretty good with aircraft management and don't necessarily need to do it overall.

With DD's I have found that its a shot gun shot, using rockets against DD's, so I defaulted VERY quickly to only using bombers against them just cause I can cross drop easily, especially if a DD decides to sit in smoke and the bombs do VERY decent damage to DD's.

I have literally hit a Harugamo with 4 rockets from one rocket attack and only done barely 1000dmg, so to me they aren't necessarily worth my time.

Plus the aircraft speed, which is a love/hate part of Indomitable lend to her aircraft being less then optimal at maneuvering to hit a DD.
