[2021] "Mercy" Rule is broken, frustrating and unnecessary

One thing at a time, fellas.
My main concern is to see about getting the AI to an appropriate level of resistance as per the feedback from the last few weeks. Stop me if I'm missing something, but the mercy rule is less an issue if the bots are capable of fighting back to a higher degree, right?
