Does the crash occur in the battle loading screen or before?
Does it drop you to desktop or to port?

Because leaving any battle type early wastes the time of the other players and worsens their experience. The game doesn't know if you are doing it by accident or intentionally.

I can escalate it from my side, but a ticket is also the proper way.

It's safe to say that, if you're being D/C from a certain game mode, you should stop playing that game mode for a little bit...
To anyone here experiencing this trouble, please submit a ticket and also run a WGCheck and send me the report.

This is extremely unhelpful...
I've escalated the reports of multiple D/C's from Forum / Twilight Battle / Tech Support page.
