Could someone take a screenshot of their port and indicate what part is blinking (obviously I know you can't get the blinking in a screenshot, I am just looking for clarification)? We don't have any mechanics that I know of that are SUPPOSED to be occurring that do this. And even checking my alt account there is nothing blinking or indicating anything.

Thank you to both of you for those screen shots. Have all of you opened the dockyard to ensure there are no rewards that have not been claimed that are sitting in the dockyard from the automatic progression? Is this purely because of the "complete using doubloons" options?
Sorry but my test account doesn't have much progress in the dockyard so I am missing a lot of the mechanics that show up and if this is the case (that you have claimed all rewards from the progress and it is just blinking sitting there) I WILL be pushing this up.

Yeah, if you have it, it won't show up, but I verified on my alt account. I think because I didn't progress enough on it, it wasn't an option.!
