Moved this into a separate thread since its more a support issue.

Unfortunately, while we can provide basic support and problem resolution here on the forums, specific fixes for specific issues are beyond our skill set.

As you've identified you're having complete loss in the transmission of data between your location and the ingest server, which would have more to do with your pathway than anything on our end.

You could try providing these logs to support however I'm not sure there is much we can do in this situation.
