Someone that talks like that in chat, probably has done so in the past, they won't get a "slap on the wrist" for something, especially like that. But posting about this on the forums and NOT putting a ticket in will result in, well, nothing.... Something like this will get a person to look at someones chat logs and punish accordingly.

We don't have anyone that sits all day reading chat logs so the ONLY way to get this stuff taken care of is through tickets.

As for some talking about how they have reported players and nothing has been done? Have you seen the banning occur? Because I see reports daily of people getting banned... we don't erase accounts or clans because violations, their accounts however do get banned/chat banned depending on the offense, frequency and severity.

Just because you don't see anything occurring publicly doesn't mean it isn't occurring. ALSO, remember that being toxic back is NOT the solution, add players to black lists, or ignore them and report them. (not saying you were just adding this in)
