The 1k EXP challenges are only available on the initial 3 ships as per the main information article.
If you are referring the to 50%+ EXP first win modifier, while it does show on these ships since it is how it is programmed by default, it is not able to be obtained with how these modes are completed.
Nope! You can purchase them in any order that you like.
The twilight battle mode will be available until November 27th at 2am PT
