I cannot speak to the CS process, but I've never actually seen someone from customer service/support not read a ticket - I don't want to speculate, at this time, why it is being reported as fixed. I am still looking into this on my side though.

While my forum 'data' is a bit light, I've introduced myself in this forum post below. That said, I understand your frustration, and completely get why you're upset.

Ya'll, I get it, when something does not work as you expect it to, it's okay to be upset. In fact, it's completely natural, I get pissed off about stuff like this too, and if I could wave a magic wand figure out exactly why you all are experiencing this, I would do it in a heartbeat. I am never going to hold it against someone from being upset - people get angry about things they are passionate about.
Just know, I am diving into it. This, I swear, as the Night Watchman. :P
I appreciate your passion, but, really, this is not the best way to approach this situation. I am working on this, and while I appreciate you're upset, you can be upset and still be civil.
