If you're having frequent disconnects, perform the following:

Perform a WGcheck report


Submit a support ticket and attach the WGcheck report file


Ensure WoWS/WGC is safe listed on your Internet security software/firewall

Something else to consider especially with current events, with heavy streaming, video conferencing, and gaming activities, check to see if any other activities on your home/office network may be interfering with the game client.
