[2019] SIMPLE SOLUTION TO "THE CV PROBLEM"

Hey all,

I understand everyone has an opinion on CVs, and wants to share their ideas, and some want to defend other ideas. That is great, this is a productive way to talk through feedback. When it becomes a problem is when you start posting comments that directly attack someone, or is designed to bully.

I am okay with ya'll wanting to discuss this, it's a topic people are passionate about but don't do it at the expense of someone else.
