[2021] 406 mm AP shells of Friedrich der Grosse and Grosser Kurfürst

There was a bug introduced in Update 0.10.8 that reduced the damage of 406 mm AP shells of Friedrich der Grosse and Grosser Kurfürst. We are working on fixing the issue, and plan to apply the necessary fix by Friday, 10 September 2021.

All owners of these ships who entered the game from 2 September to 9 September are to be compensated with 2 ‘More Signals’ containers within the next 10 days.

I believe it is pulled from API, but I could be wrong.

The list of things that get checked is big, something on an older content like this can slip with more easy, that is why I am here to get these from you guys.

Just an update, the numbers in the code are already using the correct value. We will need to patch to fix the text, but the damage is already correct.
