Firstly, please ensure you have removed all Mods from your game and preformed a Check and Repair, this will ensure all of your files are in working order.

If issues persist, please refresh your cache folder, this is located: …\World_of_Warships\profile\cef_cache

If the issue persists after this, please perform a WGCheck and submit those files to Support who will be able to provide further assistance.
