Aloha,
So first, I edited your post just so you know. Since issues like this are not purely the nation that you stated.
Secondly we are handling this, as this is not a new issue. I assure you that any account that violates our EULA in this fashion (as with all major EULA violations) eventually goes away. It just takes us time to accumulate the appropriate amount of data to make this occur.
As I have said to many before, just remember that just because you don't see action occur on the time frame you think is prudent, does not mean it isn't happening. I of course am saying this in general not in reference to you specifically.
