[2019] Anchors Away Tour Stop 9: USS Iowa Nov. 16th!

Captains! This is not the place for these types of discussions. These events are designed to give back a fun experience to our community.

Please keep all conversations "ON TOPIC" and take a lesson from Bambi.

Since some of you may need me to outline what "on-topic" means:

Anything related to the ship, traveling to and from, events happening around the same time, experiences at previous AAT events, clan meetups during the event, etc etc.

If you are there officially as a volunteer for the ship on the day, then you should ensure your responsibilities are taken care of first and foremost. If you wish to receive the swag bag and be involved with the other activities we do recommend purchasing a ticket. We do typically try to leave the ship and its staff and volunteers some goodies depending what we have left over after attendees have received their items.

To keep the event design simple we decided to not include catering offering/services for all stops.

To my knowledge, Iowa has no issues with guests bringing drinks/snacks aboard, we recommend attendees doing as such to ensure they have refreshments for the event duration.

It will be access to the standard areas of the ship.

Furthermore, we do not have any guides planned for this event as it stands, it will be exploring at your leisure and participating the planned activities as you choose.
