Let me give you some explanation of why this occurs. It is actually not something that WG is holding up, if you have not purchased anything from the premium shop in some time or you have never done so before, because the $$$ eventually goes to somewhere that isn't in your country financial institutions will often put a hold on the charge even if we see it go through (this is why you get a confirmation of the purchase from us). So, while they verify that your information was not stolen and the purchase is legit we have to wait until the financial institution posts the charge actually to us and then we drop the item.
I am sorry for the inconvenience and I know it is annoying, but after the first couple purchases, this shouldn't happen again.
