Unfortunately negative.

These operations are currently disabled since they are not compatible with the current state of the game - mainly how CVs now operate. These modes were impacted by the changes in 0.8.0 and as yet, have not been amended for the new gameplay. We're hoping the downtime for Narai will be minimal. If we had these operations ready to go, we would've had them reenabled already.

This would still require redesigning of the whole operation so it really doesn't fix the issue of resources to get it done.

As I mentioned, its not as simple as just pulling CVs from them. To pull CVs from them they would still need to be redesigned, in the same way they need redesigning currently.

Please recall that CV rework saw the removal of AI Bots, which was restored in update 0.8.6, at the same time Raptor Rescue was restored. After that the PvE teams were working on assets for Halloween 2019. The team has some space now so they are going in and fixing Narai due to the recently discovered issues.

Different teams work on different areas of games. Modelling department doesn't make maps or work on PvE.

Minus the fact we are fixing something that is broken currently and being complained about by Co-op players?

My boy dammed if you do, dammed if you don't ;)

I do understand, ultimately if we had infinite resources we would develop everything all the time. Unfortunately we don't.

Maybe we are going for a new approach this year... you never know (or you won't until sooner to Halloween).

Either way, it comes back to demand for content. On this I'm not actually sure, but Halloween PvE content may be more popular and thus the resource we get to allocate for it. I don't know. Ultimately today after all of you guys have voiced your opinion I am aware there is a dedicated crowd who does enjoy and live in the PvE content.

All good :) I never take these kinds of things personally unless it is something that directly comes from me, or is on my opinion (or in the case of the other day, I just write the wrong thing lol - I'm human too).

This is me saying it is 100% our intention to fix the operation and bring it back in a decent timeframe.

I'm here to help, its not a problem.

Once again, PR and Dockyard were developed by teams that are not related to game modes and PvE. We could've put them on the PvE team, but they'd be as useful as I would be at finding bugs in a code (unless its HTML, I'm hopeless at code). As it is, we just do not see demand for PvE content enough to spend sizable resources on it to get the fixes and changes made that the community desperately wants.

I will say this year, we are shifting focus to try and address more of the pain points that the community has in the game, including some long-requested features hopefully (no details, sorry).

Of course, PvE players deserve attention from CMs as much as PvP focused players.

Well hopefully we'll have something new and exciting for Halloween this year.

Fem,
