[2019] Let's remove shared spotting from CV to lessen DD weakness and make it a 1v1 encounter.

Firstly, thank you for your constructive and well thought out feedback on this matter and offering an interesting solution to it.

We are aware that the interaction between DDs and CVs is still *ahem* interesting. Whether your suggestion becomes part of the solution I can't promise anything but I will forward it onto those in Balancing.
