I agree with @Barazzuolio. Very surprised more folks are not mentioning the "Fighting-est ship." Solid hydro, rolling smoke, and the guns! I love the guns on the Haida. It is a Tribal class DD with 3 rather than 4 turrets. Love my Haida and will roll out in her amazing Maple Leaf camo!

Hey Captains,

This is always a good topic to talk about =). Ranked Sprint is a lot of fun and can lead to some pretty interesting combinations. Seeing as I am a BB player my first thought goes to ships like the Colorado or the Nagato for those big guns with good penetration.

Ships I suggest:

Honestly any of the BBs except maybe the Gneisenau (can be quite frustrating with its main guns and Scharnhorst I think is better).

Fiji is a great choice! The Fiji has a lot of utility and most importantly the British AP at tier 7 is incredibly good against most ships at the tier.

Belfast for those of you that have it. The Belfast is a pretty much a "can do most things" ship. The ship has all the utility in the world but remember she doesn't have torpedoes so that can put you in some awkward situations.

Gadjah Mada might seem like an odd choice but with its combination of good guns and Deep Water torpedoes this can be a good choice. With CVs not being at tier VII this ship can shine against other DDs.

These are just a few of the ships that I would suggest trying/playing if you have them in Ranked Sprint.

The great part of Ranked Sprint is the ability to play with a friend so I am excited to see what my division mate will bring so I can bring something that doesn't compliment it at all! In actuality if you are going to play in a division make sure you bring two ships that fill different roles, don't bring two damage farming cruisers with no utility like the Algerie but instead bring a Fiji/Sims combo. Just because Ranked Sprint is a different tier doesn't mean the target prioritization changes, so make sure you are still shooting the ships that have utility.

Good luck in the upcoming Ranked Sprint season!
